1. Sponsor
This giveaway is run by Vestige & Co, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating as Said, in Passing (the “Sponsor”). Questions: admin@inpassing.shop.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
The giveaway is open from the date the entry form went live on inpassing.shop and closed on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 9:00 PM Pacific Time. Entrants were notified of the close by email. Sign-ups received after the entry period closed are not entries in the giveaway, though they still receive the first-order discount.
4. How to enter
Submit your email address or phone number using the sign-up form on inpassing.shop. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entering also signs you up to hear from us; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry. Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, automated, or generated by bot or script will be disqualified.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) MSG.001 Reversible Knit Zip Up. Approximate retail value is $90 USD per prize; total approximate retail value $270 USD. The prize is supplied in the winner’s selected size, subject to availability. There is no cash equivalent, the prize is not transferable, and no substitution will be made except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection
Each entrant is issued a randomly generated entry number. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the MSG.001 drop date, after the entry period closes and before the drop goes live. Winning entry numbers may be announced publicly to entrants; no entrant’s email address or phone number will be published. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and claim
Winners will be contacted using the email address or phone number submitted with their entry. A winner must respond within seven (7) days with their size and a valid United States shipping address. If a winner does not respond within that window, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
8. Delivery
Prizes ship within the United States only, at the Sponsor’s expense. The Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes arising from the prize.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, accepting a prize allows the Sponsor to announce the winner’s first name and/or social handle in connection with the giveaway, without further compensation.
11. Not affiliated with any platform
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, or ByteDance. Entrants release those platforms from any liability connected to this giveaway.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Entering also means you accept our Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
By entering, you release the Sponsor from any claim or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or from acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.
14. Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
